When you purchase a home through us we don't disappear!  We personally follow through with all the necessary paper work, assist you with the selection of a mortgage representative, a lawyer, a home inspector, and even schooling arrangements if necessary (we do not assign an assistant to do our work).  We can provide you with worksheets to ensure you remember all the little things like telephone, hydro, address changes, etc..

When we list a home we don't just put a FOR SALE sign on the front Lawn!  We will market your property to the highest standards.  We advertise in several publications and newspapers.  We submit your listing to the Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge, and Stratford-Perth Real Estate Boards as applicable.  Your listing will show up on the appropriate Real Estate Board, as well as the Canadian M.L.S. System, the Peak Realty website, and our own KWareaHOMES website that you are now viewing.  We have approximately 1000 licensed Professional Real Estate Salespersons in the Kitchener Waterloo board alone, as well as Cambridge and Stratford-Perth members.  This certainly gives your listing maximum exposure.
